Shipping policy
For shipping, you will receive a message from us as soon as the order is on its way.
For all orders outside of Germany, there may be additional costs for import into another country. Since customs regulations are different for each country, we can not take over these additional costs. If a package has not arrived after approx. 2 weeks, please contact your local customs office, as they do not always inform you about the receipt of a package. There you will also find out what costs and necessary documents (invoice, ID, etc.) are required for the delivery of the package.
At the moment we deliver only within Germany and to EU countries. We will try to deliver to other countries as soon as possible. If we do not deliver to your country at the moment, you are welcome to subscribe to our newsletter. We will keep you up to date.

Returns
If you are unhappy with your order for any reason, you have 14 days to return it. You can of course claim your money back within this period. We are also happy to exchange unworn, undamaged goods or issue you a voucher of the same value. Please use the original packaging so that the goods arrive safely and well packed.

Repairs
It can always happen that something gets broken unintentionally. If this happens to you with a Fritz and Rose product, we also offer a repair service. If the damage is within our warranty (more about this in our terms and conditions), there will be no costs for you. Otherwise we will inform you about the costs before we start.
Traces of wear and scratches that occur during wear and over time are not covered by our warranty. How to best avoid wear marks and scratches (unfortunately, this cannot be completely ruled out), we have described in product care for you.
