Shipping
We are a small manufactory and every product is made with love and by hand. This can sometimes take 3-4 weeks and delivery times may vary depending on the product and storage capacity. Please pay attention to the delivery times of individual products in the product description in the shop. We will always do our best to deliver your product as quickly as possible.
For all orders outside Germany, additional costs may be incurred when importing into another country. As customs regulations are different for each country, we are unfortunately unable to cover these additional costs. If a parcel has not arrived after approx. 2 weeks, please contact the customs authority responsible for you, as they do not always inform you about the receipt of a parcel. There you will also find out what costs and necessary documents (invoice, ID, etc.) are required for the parcel to be handed over.
We currently only deliver within Germany and to EU countries. If we do not deliver to your country at the moment, you are welcome to subscribe to our newsletter. We will keep you up to date and will be happy to answer any further questions you may have: info@fritzandrose.com
Retouren
If you are unhappy with your order for any reason, you have 14 days to return the goods. You can of course claim your money back within this period. However, we are also happy to exchange unworn, undamaged goods or issue you with a voucher of the same value. Please use the original packaging so that the goods arrive safely and well packed.
You are responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods.
You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for checking their condition, properties and functionality.

Repairs
It can always happen that something breaks unintentionally. If this happens to you with a Fritz and Rose product, we also offer a repair service. If the damage is covered by our warranty (see our terms and conditions for more information), you will of course not incur any costs. Otherwise, we will of course inform you of the cost before we get started.
Signs of wear and scratches that occur during wear and over time are not covered by our warranty. We have described the best way to avoid signs of wear and scratches (unfortunately this cannot be completely ruled out) in the product care section.
